How Redda handles information collected through redda.ai.

WHO WE ARE
A forward-deployed AI company.
We work with mid-market private equity firms and the companies they own. This page covers redda.ai: what we collect when you visit the site, fill in a form, or get in touch.
Information held inside a customer's own system is governed by our agreement with that customer rather than by this page.

WHAT WE COLLECT
Two kinds of information.
What you give us
When you complete a form, ask for a conversation, subscribe to something, or email us, we collect what you choose to provide. That usually means your name, work email address, company, role, and whatever you write in the message.
What is collected automatically
When you visit the site, our servers and analytics tools record standard technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you viewed and how long you spent, the site or search that sent you, and the date and time.
We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it working and secure. We do not use it to try to identify you personally.
COOKIES
A small number, and what they do.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function. Others let a third-party analytics service measure how it is used. Today, that service is Google Analytics.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site work. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them.
Because there is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, we do not respond to them separately.
HOW WE USE IT
Six purposes, and no others.
- To answer your enquiry and to contact you about it.
- To send you material you asked for.
- To operate, maintain, measure and improve the site.
- To protect the site against fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To tell you about Redda services we think are relevant to you, by email and through advertising on other sites. Emails include an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your information, and we do not train models on it.
We do not sell personal information. We may use advertising cookies to show ads to people who have visited this site, and you can opt out of that under Who Sees It. We do not knowingly collect information from children; this site is for business use by adults.
WHO SEES IT
A few providers, and two narrow exceptions.
We use third-party service providers to host the site, measure how it is used, handle our email, keep a record of who has been in touch, and help us organize and respond to enquiries, which may include AI-assisted tools. These providers process information on our behalf and for our purposes. We may use advertising cookies to show ads on other sites to people who have visited redda.ai, which under some state laws counts as sharing personal information for advertising. You can opt out by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, blocking those cookies in your settings, or emailing legal@redda.ai.
The two exceptions
Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, legal process or a government request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety or property.
Business transfers. If Redda is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will give appropriate legally required notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
RETENTION
We keep it while we need it, then delete it.
We keep information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, and longer where law, accounting rules, or a legal matter requires. Analytics data is kept according to our analytics provider's settings.
YOUR RIGHTS
What you can ask us to do.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy;
- Have inaccurate information corrected;
- Have your information deleted;
- Tell us to stop contacting you;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising; we do not sell it, and you can opt out of advertising cookies as described under Who Sees It;
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
Write to legal@redda.ai. We will verify who you are before acting on a request, and we will respond within the period the law that applies to you requires; generally forty-five days in the United States. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date on the first page. If a change is material, we will say so more prominently.
